Nominate Someone Deserving Contest Rules Between August 1st – September 30th 2015, anyone living in the San Diego area and surrounding cities can go to napa-autocare-cares to read the contest rules and submit a nomination form. Website visitors can nominate their friends, neighbors, anyone they personally know who
deserves and would be in need of a FREE $500 repair. NO Self nominations will be

Between October 1st and November 30th 2015 you can nominate a deserving family or individual to win a vehicle by submitting in person or by a representative to a participating shop an official entry form available for print from this website or from a participating shop with an essay written on the reverse side of the form explaining why the family or individual they are nominating deserves a vehicle. Essays must be written or typed on the back of the entry form only; no additional documents will be accepted.
